Key Strategic Leadership

Act as the key liaison between marketing solutions, sales, and consumer business teams across Asia.
Shape and execute regional business strategies in partnership with senior sales leaders and editorial teams.
Lead, manage, and develop a high-impact sales team, focusing on achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
Oversee cross-functional sales initiatives across various publications and business units to optimize commercial growth.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
Serve as a senior brand representative, promoting the company’s market presence and strengthening key partnerships.
Contribute to global projects by aligning regional activities with broader business goals and strategies.

Sales & Operations Management

Take ownership of regional sales budgets and staffing across English-language publications in Asia.
Manage a personal portfolio of high-value clients, fostering long-term relationships and unlocking new business opportunities.
Define and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with editorial direction and market needs.
Lead sales forecasting, manage the pipeline, and track team performance against KPIs.
Identify market gaps and capitalize on new opportunities to boost subscription renewals and secure long-term contracts.

Revenue Growth & Innovation

Develop innovative revenue streams through events, branded content, and advertising initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute regional campaigns that boost brand visibility and engagement.
Leverage market intelligence to shape actionable strategies for business development and revenue expansion.

qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant.
A proven track record in B2B sales management with a focus on digital transformation.
Experience in the media, publishing or data business.
Extensive leadership experience managing diverse teams across international markets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and fostering a growth-driven culture.
Demonstrated business development expertise, with the ability to turn market insights into measurable opportunities.
