An individual contributor, this role reports to the Commercial Director and will work closely with external business partners / distributors and collaborate across various internal functions such as marketing, medical affairs, supply chain, pharmacovigilance and finance amongst others.
skills and experience required
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry, showcasing a strong background in market analysis, operational marketing, and sales management.
The role demands excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and meet deadlines. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of adaptability, accountability, and flexibility, with the capacity to process ideas quickly and implement changes independently.
