Our client is a well-established foreign Bank within the region. Due to an increase in business needs, they are currently recruiting for a HR Manager (Total Rewards), to manage the total rewards pillar in the company.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will play a key role in managing C&B philosophies and related analytical work.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Manage yearly C&B processes including annual salary adjustments, bonus calculations and payouts, promotion cycle, performance appraisals, surveys, budgeting and forecasting matters
- Design and implement C&B policies and programmes with alignment to company objectives and compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain salary bands and structures, performance-based incentives, to ensure fair and competitive pay for all positions
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis, analyzing compensation and benefits data to assess program effectiveness and support strategic decision-making
- Oversee benefits programs including flexible benefits, health insurance, and wellness initiatives, to support employee well-being
- Effectively communicate compensation policies and benefits to employees
- Lead and drive C&B initiatives and projects, to improve policies and processes through innovative means
- Oversee 1 HR Generalist staff
- Manage Payroll vendor for monthly payroll processing
- Support wider HR team on relevant HR matters
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant studies
- Ideally at least 5 years of relevant HR/ C&B experience as stated above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel)
- Meticulous and analytical, with strong communication skills
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Passionate about driving changes to improve effectiveness of current policies and processes
- Candidates from Banking industry would be preferred due to the nature of the role

- Budget up to $8,000/month depending on work experience
- 21 days annual leave
- 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
