You will be part of a dynamic team of legal and compliance professionals to build a strong compliance programme across the ASEAN region. This includes crafting and reviewing regional policies and framework, identifying compliance risks and addressing operational gaps. You will be involved in conducting investigations, recommending appropriate measures and providing trainings to business teams. You will also work closely with management to promote a healthy compliance culture within the business.
Requirements
You are a common law qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience gained in reputable law firms and in-house compliance environment. Prior ethics & compliance experience in managing regional scope will ve viewed favourably. You come with strong working knowledge on anti-bribery and corruption regulations and laws and the ability to translate complex legal intricacies to layman terms for effective communication with business teams. With a strong eye for detail and strong time management skills, you have a proven track record in meeting challenging timelines without compromising the quality of work.
