about the job
You will support the compliance function to ensure the company's compliance control framework and regulatory compliance are met. You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and monitoring compliance programmes. This includes conducting regular compliance and risk assessments to identify potential gaps, maintaining and updating compliance policies and handbooks. You will also conduct compliance training to employees to promote a healthy risk culture that aligns with the objective of the business.

skills and experience required
You hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience in the compliance function. A self-starter with a keen eye for detail, you have the agility to work independently and support other team members where necessary.
