Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in the preparation and finalisation of the company's consolidated financial statements on both a monthly and annual basis, with a keen focus on the Greater China portfolio.
T You will be responsible for reviewing inter-company transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance, as well as preparing detailed analysis of group financial and management reports. A key part of your role will be to work closely with the finance team based in Greater China ensuring the accuracy of their submitted financial data and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Group's overall performance. Additionally, you will assist in the annual audit process, prepare the annual reports, and identify opportunities for process automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. You will also be expected to undertake ad-hoc assignments as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial operations.
Skills and experience required
You are preferably a Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications and has at least 6 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a group or multinational environment. You have strong proficiency in preparing consolidated financial statements and sound knowledge in SFRS/IFRS. You ideally come from an audit background and has commercial experience as well.
You are proficient in Mandarin as this role requires you to deal with Chinese stakeholders in Mandarin. Having knowlege within REIT sector is advantageous.
