With a strong track record and in-depth industry knowledge behind them to support their growth in this region, they are now looking for a Corporate Finance (Senior) Analyst to take on this newly created role to drive business strategies and execute the expansion plans.
about the job
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be driving their corporate strategies in assessing prospective investment opportunities and introducing new initiatives to support the organization's operations and expansion plans. You will keep abreast of the changing business landscape and impact of the external economy with particular focus in the Asia region and drive both organic and inorganic growth. You will maintain a robust growth strategy with full deal cycle exposure from evaluating investment decisions, M&As and strategic alliances and leading negotiations and execution of deals. You will be interacting closely with multiple business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals. You will also be involved in optimising internal structures and workflow to achieve efficiencies and operational excellence.
skills and experience required
You should ideally have a relevant degree and accreditation (CFA, CPA or MBA) with at least 3 years in a similar capacity. In-house corporate strategy experience and/or PE/IB/corporate finance in Big 4 experience will be preferred. You are a self-motivated leader and team player, ‘hands-on’, versatile and possess a keen eye for details. You should have strong business acumen and possess excellent communication and influencing skills to confidently liaise with the senior management and business partners. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a more agile environment.
