About the Team | Manager
You will be part of a dynamic and growing sales team dedicated to expanding the company's presence in the assigned country. This role reports directly to the Global Director and provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the company in the region. You will be responsible for managing the sales operations in the country and ensuring alignment with the broader regional objectives.
About the Job
You will develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories, focusing on priority product lines while aligning with global marketing frameworks. Key responsibilities include collaborating with distributors to implement action plans, preparing sales budgets and marketing plans, managing the end-to-end sales process, and building strong relationships with stakeholders such as distributor teams, Key Opinion Leaders, and hospitals. Additionally, you will organize training sessions, monitor market trends and inventory levels, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide timely reporting to support business insights and strategic decision-making.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within healthcare or medical devices.
- Strong understanding of distributor management and the healthcare landscape in Vietnam, Indonesia, or the Philippines.
- Expertise in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to analyze market trends, feedback, and competitive insights.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Based in Indonesia / Vietnam / Philippines
