In this role, you will:

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative field such as design or copywriting (preferable), with at least 2 years of demonstrated success in developing and executing creative strategies.
- A genuine passion for the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing.
- Creative experience in an agency, with additional experience in performance marketing is a huge added advantage.
- Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to confidently present creative strategies, explain data-driven insights, and effectively guide stakeholders.
- A strong ability to translate creative insights into strategic initiatives that contribute to both brand building and business growth.
- A solid understanding of key branding metrics.
- Experience in crafting brand positioning and messaging frameworks for digitally-native brands.
- Familiarity with media planning, buying, and reporting within platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Experience using project management software.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills that clearly and persuasively communicate your ideas.
- A proactive and collaborative spirit, ready to engage with diverse stakeholders.
