Based in the Senoko, Client is a LifeScience client and we are looking for a Sales Support Admin to assist the Onsite Operations team. The candidate will report to the Project Managers and Engineers for this role. We prefer the candidate to be able to start work in Dec 2024. Your work location will be at Senoko.
About the role
Your daily responsibilities will be supporting and coordinating the sales order process to guarantee customer satisfaction. Managing orders in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. Ensuring the smooth running of transport processes and associated documentation
:▪ Organize, select, and plan the transport of our products to (international) customers via sea, air, express and road transport.
▪ Prepare the transport documentation for the goods to customers.
▪ Review invoices from the transporter/forwarder in consultation with the finance team.
▪ Manage special requests, non-conformities, and complaints.
▪ The primary contact person for the customer is to ensure customer satisfaction.
▪ Key in Sales Order in the system.
▪ Process & arrange for Samples Requests.
▪ Handle SFA Food Export Cert & VET Health Certificate applications
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
▪ Knowledge of logistics processes and systems.
− Good knowledge with MS Words, Excel applications
− Strong communication and multi-tasking skills will be an advantage.
− Team-Oriented – collaborative, contribution, and support
▪ Minimum of ‘A’ level or equivalent.
▪ Minimum 1– 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in food industry, a multi-national, matrix-structured based company.
