The role involves acting as the primary resource for customer support, focusing on live/virtual events, digital offerings, and media assets. The responsibilities include enhancing the customer experience for exhibitors and sponsors, managing sponsorship deliverables and third-party orders, and ensuring timely communication of deadlines and requirements.
Key tasks include customer onboarding, developing communication frameworks with marketing, creating educational resources (e.g., documents, videos, webinars), and traveling to events to assist exhibitors. The role also involves fostering cross-team collaboration, managing internal communications, and resolving issues before they escalate. The CSS works closely with sales to identify upsell opportunities and renewal risks, manages the sponsorship process, and ensures all deliverables are tracked and executed efficiently. Additionally, the role includes reporting on deliverables and facilitating smooth workflows across teams.

skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should possess great communication & presentation skills, ideally with 1 -2 years experience of corporate client facing roles. Have a good understanding of post-sale and sales life cycle and experience. Able to understand customers’ needs and identify opportunities for customers through communication.
