It is looking to build a team of passionate change-drivers who will work closely with the management team to bring the organisation to new heights, and to deliver strong, fast and sustainable growth beyond 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Enable digital wholesale sell-out to achieve targeted net sales and enhance market share across various digital wholesale channels, including marketplaces, pure players, and omni-channel platforms.
- Spearhead the execution of digital sales strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals.
- Consultative Support: Serve as a digital advisor to global and local key accounts, working closely with account teams to optimize strategies.
- Champion the digital transformation agenda, enhancing organizational expertise and awareness of digital practices.
- Strategic Implementation: Lead the rollout, governance, and scaling of digital wholesale initiatives (e.g., Digital Toolbox, marketplace management) across Southeast Asia (SEA).
- Localization of Strategies: Tailor and implement global business development initiatives, such as retail media strategies and marketplace optimization, in collaboration with Emerging Markets (EM) and global teams.
- Analytics and Reporting: Partner with the Analytics team to refine and localize reporting tools, delivering actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights and analytics to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge Exchange: Foster collaboration with SEA eCommerce teams, share best practices, and enhance digital competency across the organization.
- Collaborate with Global Wholesale, Global Digital Wholesale, and Emerging Markets teams on strategy alignment and execution.
- Capability Building: Develop digital expertise within the SEA team and broader wholesale ecosystem to meet evolving market needs.
qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including significant exposure to eCommerce operations (e.g., digital merchandising, consumer experience, or marketing).
- Deep understanding of the Southeast Asia eCommerce landscape.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting complex concepts to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
