As part of their strategic plan to be a market leader in their field, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to strategize and implement digital marketing campaigns such as lead generation, brand awareness and the ideal candidate should have tangible achievements in these areas.
About the role
Reporting to the COO , your responsibilities would includes
- Develop and execute campaigns across digital channels to generate high-quality leads for the company's technology solutions.
- Implement innovative strategies to increase visibility within the financial services and technology sectors.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of content such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies to establish the organization as an industry thought leader.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising) to achieve measurable results.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generating insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Skills and experience required
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with comfort level in working in an agile and startup environment
