Our client is a reputable organisation known for its impactful work in the public sector space. They are currently seeking a Head of Corporate Services to lead and manage the corporate functions of their Singapore operations.
About the Job
Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring effective corporate services delivery across the organisation. You will provide leadership and strategic direction across functions including finance, procurement, human resources, information technology, facilities management, data governance, and corporate governance.
You will be a key member of the leadership team, working collaboratively across departments to align corporate services with strategic goals and drive organisational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks and organisational processes.
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, procurement activities, and regulatory compliance.
- Driving strategic HR initiatives including recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and leadership development.
- Managing IT infrastructure improvements, data governance, and facility operations.
- Ensuring corporate services support the organisation’s evolving needs with a focus on process optimisation and innovation.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated and effective service delivery.
Skills and Experience Required
- More than 15 years of relevant experience across corporate services functions, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial management, procurement, human resources, and organisational development.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR and finance technologies is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
- A hands-on leader with strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a passion for operational excellence.
