... - develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring achievement of revenue and utilization targets while overseeing client proposals and tenders
- accountable for overall project success, including contract negotiation, project management, risk, quality, financial performance, communication, and scope management
- ensure effective project closeout, debriefs with clients, and provide technical expertise while overseeing all technical aspects of projects
- manage project profitability and financial performance in alignment with client proposals, business plans, and budgets
- lead and develop the team, focusing on career growth, competency development, and the advancement of services and technologies within the group
knowledge and skills
- registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil / Structural Engineering in Singapore
- at least 20 years of experience in engineering projects, with a focus on both strategic planning and detailed design execution
- experience in managing and delivering complex and large-scale design projects (built environment)
- strong in managing client relationships, enhance business development, and provide innovative solutions with excellent communication skills
