about the job
As a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing regional operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the design and construction of both greenfield and brownfield data centers.
• Identify and engage a top-tier consulting firms including architects, M&E specialists, C&S experts, and energy consultants to support design development and tender preparation, as well as to create project cost budget estimates.
• Lead research and development projects focused on new engineering technologies and construction methodologies that enhance data center energy and water efficiency, construction effectiveness, operational productivity, and sustainability by reducing power usage effectiveness, water usage effectiveness, and carbon emissions.

skills and experience required

• Preferably 10 years of experience in data centre field
• Has experience in archiectural, M&E and project management.
