As the Director of Services, APJ, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services across the region to a wide variety of customers, partners and ecosystems.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a Technical Services organisation covering Presales Customer Success and/or Post Sales Professional Services teams in a SaaS/MaaS/PaaS environment.
Startup experience is highly desireable
Work closely with regional sales leaders and global peers to align PreSales and Post-Sales service delivery teams, prioritizing to meet regional business objectives.
Oversee service delivery operations, including presales, implementation, and support. Drive efficiency, quality, and scalability in each of these areas.
Understand and address local market, customer, and partner needs and development, tailoring service delivery approaches to address regional nuances.
Manage SRE and act as an escalation point in incident management efforts to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Design, Develop and Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Can do attitude and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
