About the Job
In this role, you will support the delivery and implementation of educational services for various programs. You will be responsible for providing training and installation services, ensuring customer needs are met through tailored educational encounters. Additionally, you will engage in supporting simulation user networks, conferences, and other educational showcases, with travel required up to 50% of the time.
Skills and Experience Required
Ideally, the right applicants will possess the following:
- A health sciences-related degree is desirable, with a clinical background in nursing or allied health.
- Experience in training or simulation centers within hospitals or healthcare schools.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and maintenance of simulation equipment is a plus.
- Experience in sales or customer support roles is advantageous.
- Certification in Workplace Training and Assessment or postgraduate qualifications in healthcare or simulation education is preferred.
