Job Responsibilities:
Environmental Strategy & Compliance
Support and execute EHS strategies aligning with business goals.
Ensure compliance with corporate directives and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals).
Manage EHS protocols, fire safety, and site emergency response plans.
Maintain compliance with ISO 14001/45001 standards, including audits and documentation.
Handle mandatory notifications (licenses, permits, WSH reports).
Regulatory & Government Liaison
Assist in EHS consultant selection and coordination.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits.
Maintain compliance with evolving EHS regulations.
Respond to EHS-related inquiries from customers and government agencies.
Support incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
Facilities & Waste Management
Support EHS facility operations, including renewable energy installations.
Assist in industrial waste management and disposal compliance.
Develop specifications and oversee EHS project procurement.
Conduct EHS training programs and manage inspections.
ESG & Sustainability Initiatives
Support corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts.
Assist in sustainability projects and compliance reporting.
Project & Mechanical Improvement Management
Support facility development, infrastructure upgrades, and contractor management.
Ensure safety and regulatory adherence in all mechanical improvement projects.
Conduct risk assessments and optimize emergency response protocols.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Environment, Workplace Safety & Health, or related field.
Registered WSHO (MOM), ECO (NEA), and FSM (SCDF) is a plus.
2–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing operations, including equipment and chemical management.
Strong understanding of ISO14001/45001, regulatory compliance, and internal auditing.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of government liaison, regulatory negotiations, and compliance reporting.
Experience assisting in facility installations, startups, and construction projects.
Strong coordination, project support, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to support development and integration of EHS performance metrics
