Role Overview:
As an Energy Engineer, you will support the site’s energy sustainability initiatives, improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. You will align with the global energy conservation program and local regulations, manage energy projects, and ensure cost-effective utility operations.

Support energy audits, monitoring systems, and strategic capital projects for sustainability. Promote site-wide energy awareness and conservation initiatives.
Engineering Services: Support process design, equipment validation, and cost reduction targets. Collaborate with teams to ensure effective maintenance and energy-efficient operations.Capital Projects: Recommend energy-efficient systems and oversee project execution to ensure compliance, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Maintain a pipeline of energy conservation projects to meet long-term sustainability goals.Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Act as a QMS (Quality Management System) subsystem owner for maintenance and calibration processes.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Certified Singapore Energy Manager.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy engineering, manufacturing, or consultancy.
- Strong project management, leadership, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Familiarity with maintenance programs, vendor management, and energy monitoring systems.
Key Information:-
- Working location: Tuas
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am - 5pm
- Contract Term: 1-year contract, renewable
- Bonus: 1 month completion bonus
