We are currently recruiting for an Equipment Engineer role with a global leader in the consumer goods industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure manufacturing equipment and processes meet performance targets through effective preventive maintenance and improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly and cost-effectively.
- Lead and support productivity improvement projects, including CAPEX and global/local initiatives.
- Manage variable expenses while delivering safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance.
- Engage and develop team members through coaching and training.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and ensure preventive maintenance is executed as per program requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support improvement activities and achieve business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
- Strong foundation in mechanical engineering and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining high-performance maintenance programs.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
