Position Overview:

This role involves leading technical teams to maximize equipment uptime while meeting customer expectations and business objectives. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, implement productivity improvement projects, and manage a best-in-class maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure manufacturing equipment and processes meet performance targets through effective preventive maintenance and improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly and cost-effectively.
• Lead and support productivity improvement projects, including CAPEX and global/local initiatives.
• Manage variable expenses while delivering safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance.
• Engage and develop team members through coaching and training.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and ensure preventive maintenance is executed as per program requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support improvement activities and achieve business goals.
