about the job
Your main focus will be to provide immaculate administrative and secretarial support to the directors level. You will be responsible to schedule meetings and appointments across different time zones, take care of all travel arrangements for domestic and international business travel, and help to process expenses claims for your leader. You will be involved in events planning and management, coordination of training & development programmes and provide basic IT and finance support to the Singapore team. You will need to help maintain a database of business contacts and undertake any administrative duties, including secretarial support to the team (coverage for other EAs) and some office administration, whenever required.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Head of HR, and will be expected to work closely with your colleagues in Singapore and Sydney to accomplish your tasks efficiently.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and have at least 2 years of secretarial experience, preferably in the professional services / consulting sector. Coming with strong experience in calendar management across different time zones will be helpful for this position. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to handle challenging situations with patience and tact. The ability to be flexible, meticulous and proactive will also contribute to your success in this role.
