About the Job
In this role, you will provide technical support and maintenance for a variety of medical devices, including diagnostic imaging systems, scanning machines, and advanced diagnostic tools. Your responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance, offering IT application support, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure high performance and reliability. You will also handle on-site technical service requests and provide after-sales support to maintain strong customer relationships.
Skills and Experience Required
To excel in this position, you should have:
- A diploma or relevant qualification in an Engineering discipline
- Previous experience in servicing medical equipment (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
