Manage the annual business planning process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with company goals.
Drive financial performance management, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and financial results meet company standards and targets.
Oversee FP&A activities, including variance analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
Conduct in-depth expense management analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for operational efficiency.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Skills and experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate planning, or finance performance management, preferably within the life insurance or broader financial services sector.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
