skills and experience needed:
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily finance and accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing budgeting and cashflow forecasts. You will also handle statutory audits and ensure the timely submission of tax filings and other regulatory requirements. In addition, you will support work-in-progress (WIP) management, debtor collections, and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring smooth financial operations for both the office and client accounts.
You will collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and resolve any billing-related queries. Your role will be essential in driving process improvements and supporting various firm-wide initiatives, as well as submitting quarterly tax filings and taking on additional financial tasks as required.
