about the role
As an FP&A Director APAC, you will lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, working closely with regional business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your expertise will help optimize financial performance, manage risk, and achieve business objectives. You will develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes across the APAC region, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. Collaborating with regional business leaders, you will identify opportunities for growth and improvement, manage cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and coordinate trade finance globally for APAC markets. Additionally, you will develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure strong fiscal management and project coordination.

skills and experience neededTo excel in this role, you should possess at least a degree in accounting with more than 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on APAC markets. Excellent leadership skills, steadfast resolve, and personal integrity are essential, along with exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills. A deep understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning is also required. Furthermore, you should have proven stakeholder management skills to be able to effectively manage and influence senior stakeholders from various markets, building strong relationships and communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. You should also possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive business outcomes.
