My client Growth Strategy Lead to drive the expansion and development of a cutting-edge decentralized finance (DeFi) platform
This is a key role that will manage the creation and execution of growth strategies, focusing on engaging active traders and fostering user adoption across multiple DeFi ecosystems.
You will leverage your expertise in crypto markets to execute comprehensive campaigns, craft trading strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform’s success.
About the role
Reporting to the Product Director, your responsibilities would includes
- Lead the charge in establishing and scaling the DeFi platform, focusing on growth from the ground up.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for user acquisition, focusing on attracting professional traders and expanding the user base through effective marketing and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee and manage multi-strategy portfolios, with an emphasis on crypto derivatives, ensuring performance aligns with growth objectives.
- Drive the creation and optimization of trading systems by contributing to product development and working closely with engineering teams to build seamless solutions.
- Engage in market research and data analysis to identify key opportunities for growth and risk management, executing tactical initiatives to capitalize on these insights.
- Collaborate with influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other marketing channels to promote platform adoption and establish a strong presence in the market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier traders, offering tailored programs and incentives to foster loyalty and community engagement.
- Shape the platform’s tokenomics and collaborate on its community-building strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
Job requirements
- Strong expertise in crypto derivatives and a deep understanding of the DeFi landscape, including protocols, tokens, and key projects.
- Proven experience leading growth initiatives for crypto-related platforms, with a demonstrated ability to build strategies that attract and retain traders and users.
- A strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities that drive platform growth, from conceptualization to execution.
- Ability to manage and execute a go-to-market (GTM) plan for platform launches, focusing on scalability and market penetration.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience collaborating with traders, developers, and other stakeholders.
