about the job
We are currently looking to hire a GTM Marketing Manager to join the dynamic marketing team! You will be primarily responsible for leading and managing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and planning across the Southeast Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of GTM calendars, milestones, and deliverables to ensure efficient seasonal operations.
- Align procedures with general market strategies to ensure uniformity in execution and direction.
- Assure all relevant stakeholders of successful delivery of important milestones and efficient communication.
- Create and oversee centralised communication systems to facilitate easy access to GTM information and updates.
- Improve operational procedures and equipment on a constant basis to support GTM initiatives.
- Oversee operational facets, such as showroom operations and brand and channel team support tools.
- Encourage cooperation between regional teams and important departments to guarantee superior GTM execution.
- Serve as a liaison to improve alignment with changing business needs and market strategies.
- Oversee sample strategy management, including budgeting and coordination with relevant teams.
- Conduct regular reviews of processes to engage stakeholders in enhancing timelines and communication effectiveness.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

- You should have demonstrated experience in GTM strategy and execution in a regional context.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
