They are looking for an experienced and results-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Manager to help drive their growth in the APAC region. This role will be key in developing, executing, and owning the end-to-end GTM strategy of primarily enterprise solutions, aligning with key stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Solutioning, Product, and Marketing. You can expect to lead efforts to enhance sales effectiveness, streamline training, and ensure the right resources and tools are in place to empower their teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Design and lead comprehensive GTM enablement strategies for the APAC region. Ensure alignment with global objectives while adapting initiatives to local needs.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key teams to develop a unified approach that improves sales productivity and customer outcomes.
- Oversee the execution of GTM initiatives, driving improvement in sales effectiveness. Regularly assess progress and deliver operational reviews.
- Manage the implementation and optimization of sales tools and resources (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance team performance.
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs aimed at improving sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding. Track and measure the impact of these initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with sales leadership and functional teams, serving as a trusted advisor for key strategic decisions.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- At least 7 years in sales enablement and operations or similar roles, with a solid understanding of sales processes and strategies, as well as in go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong in data analytics to identify trends, assess risks, and communicate insights that drive decisions.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools that improve sales processes.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships, with the ability to lead through influence.
