As part of their strategic expansion into high-growth markets, they are seeking a Head of Commercial to be based in Singapore in a fully remote capacity.
This key leadership role will be focused on driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and strengthening the company's commercial footprint across the assigned region.
About the company
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will includes
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s commercial strategy, focusing on revenue growth, pricing models, and market expansion within the cryptocurrency and fintech space.
- Build and lead the sales and business development teams, focusing on acquiring new institutional clients, managing high-value partnerships, and expanding the customer base across key verticals such as financial institutions, exchanges
- Identify new market opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem, using data-driven insights to shape business strategies and expand into new regions or product
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, financial institutions, hedge funds, and other strategic partners to drive business growth and establish the company’s presence as a leading player in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Manage and develop a high-performing commercial team, including sales, marketing, and business development teams, fostering a results-driven and collaborative environment.
- Collaborate closely with the product and technology teams to align commercial goals with the company’s product development roadmap, ensuring the successful launch and marketing of new offerings.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, and fintech markets, ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative in its approach.
Skills and experience required
- Extensive experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or financial services, with a deep understanding of how these industries operate and evolve within Singapore and broader APAC markets.
- Proven ability to develop and implement long-term commercial strategies aligned with the company’s goals, with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and product positioning.
- A strong track record of building, managing, and motivating teams to meet and exceed commercial objectives.
