In this role, you will be overseeing the full spectrum of finance which includes the finance and accounting function and corporate governance. You will work with the management team and the other stakeholders on the expansion of the business. You will lead and manage the processes for budgeting, financial forecasting, consolidation and reporting. You will secure adequate funding for projects, look at refinancing and manage cashflow. You will manage the internal audit functions to ensure proper internal controls and corporate governance. You will also be managing the JV partners for the entity.
skills and experience required
You should ideally possess an accounting or finance degree from a reputable university and have more than 15 years of working experience. Having a CA/CPA will come as a strong advantage for the role. You are a strong communicator and are confident to partner with senior stakeholders. As you have to partner closely with mainland china stakeholders, strong command of the mandarin language is essential for this position. Prior experience working in China will come as a strong advantage for the role. Prior experience managing JV will be vital for this role.
