about job
• Lead a team of high-calibre developers and IT Operations team, overseeing both in-house and vendor-led development work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and scale products and services while integrating both emerging and legacy technologies
• Work closely with the IT Director to manage and execute technology projects aligned with the IT roadmap
• Work closely with local organizing committees’ network vendors to ensure stable, high-bandwidth network connections that meet SLAs for real-time data flow
• Coordinate with broadcast and streaming teams to deliver accurate and timely data feeds with required SLAs
skills and requirements
• Min 10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and system architecture
• Experience in software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines)
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and API integrations
• Understanding data security, compliance, and best practices in IT governance
• Min one Microsoft Azure certification is essential
• Expertise in networking, firewall configurations, VPNs, load balancing, and bandwidth management
• Experience working with network vendors and local IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity at event venues
