about job
- Serve as initial point of contact for Workspace Technology issues, managing and resolving problems based on priority and severity
- Ensure continuous availability of computing resources for end-users, coordinating with IT resources for escalated issues when necessary
- Support cloud environments including servers, networks, and applications
- Build, deploy, and manage Workspace Technology devices (including imaging, antivirus systems, application maintenance, patching, and system rollouts)
- Lead system orientation for new hires and manage end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2-5 years of end-user or infrastructure support experience in a professional services environment
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft 365 setup and management within an organization
- Good knowledge of hardware, including desktops, laptops, and mobile device
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping end-users resolve issues efficientl
- Experience with supporting users in the financial industry or on the trading floor
- Strong technical background with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Windows, Unix environments, desktop, and server hardware
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
