This role will cover the full spectrum of HR functions, excluding payroll, with a focus on supporting the organization's strategic HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a sound understanding of HR best practices, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire integration.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
- Advise on employee development initiatives and training programs.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects, such as employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
skills and experience required
- University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related studies
- At least 4 years of relevant HR generalist experience
- Highly organized, self motivated and driven individual
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive and self-starter.
