about the job
Reporting to the Director, this role will be supporting the local employees on HR and administrative matters. You will:
- Oversee and support the full spectrum of HR including recruitment, performance management, payroll, insurance, HR operations
- Point of contact for employees inquiries
- Drive, implement and improve HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other general admin and data entry functions
- Provide calendar and travel arrangements support to management
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of HR and admin experience
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Initiative, independent and self-motivated
