Reporting to the HR & Office Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Assist in posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating induction sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing and updating the relevant data (e.g., attendance, leave records).
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Help organise company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare basic HR reports, such as recruitment and turnover metrics.
- Assist in managing HR documents and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a HR or administrative role
- Basic understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (preferred).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
