about the job
As the Human Resources Director, you will be in a key leadership role to drive and implement effective HR strategies in accordance with business priorities to support aggressive growth plans, focusing on HR operations, business partnering and workforce planning. In addition, you will:
- Manage and lead HR advisory to the senior management team, spearheading all talent management, workforce planning, business partnering, operational excellence and organisation design programmes
- Collaborate with leadership team towards best business efficiency, organizational effectiveness and employee experience, including but not limited to policies, systems, processes, programs, compliance and risk management
- Manage end to end employee lifecycle, partnering effectively with Centre of Excellence, maintaining consistent communication and effective teamwork with the Learning & Development Lead, Talent Acquisition Lead, C&B Lead and Payroll
- Lead HR due diligence related to operations growth plans, business expansion plans, mergers and acquisitions
- Adopt data-driven methodologies to analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Min. 10 years experience as a HR leader, track record in driving growth alongside a matrix structure
- Relevant experience within high growth companies is essential
- Proven track record as a business partner within fast paced environments to senior stakeholders; facilitating business strategy and growth, capability building, manpower strategy planning, talent management and employee relations
- Possess good business acumen and experienced in presenting solutions for business needs to stakeholders
- Good knowledge of local compliance and labour laws across Malaysia market; other Asia markets a plus
- Sharp business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to work within fast paced and high growth companies
- Comfortable with high travelling responsibilities between Singapore and Malaysia
