Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding to enhance employee experience.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports for auditing and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in performance management processes to drive employee development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and organisational goals.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a HR generalist position
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations, including work pass administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven, adaptable, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with stakeholders based in Shanghai, China
