Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of a HR team in managing HR activities and projects, including but not limited to:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Utilize various active sourcing methods, including job boards, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- HR Processes and Projects (15-20%)
- Initiate process improvements solutions to improve HR team and process effectiveness
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees to raise grievances, ensuring concerns are heard and addressed promptly.
- Investigate employee complaints thoroughly and impartially, gathering relevant facts and evidence.
- Collaborate with managers and HR leadership to resolve grievances and improve employee experience in a fair and consistent manner, aligned with company policies and labor laws.
- HR Policies and Compliance (15%)
- Ensure the organization adheres to local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and organizational standards.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes, records, and systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including employee documentation, and reporting obligations.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations, advising management on necessary updates or modifications to company policies.

- Office location: West, Singapore. Walkable from MRT
- Salary from $3,500 to $5,500/month x 13, depending on work experience
- Annual leave starts from 10 days/ annum
skills and experience required
- Degree in human resource or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Attention to detail and good judgment are essential
- Knowledge of Employment Act and Manpower Laws is necessary
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, good soft skills to manage sensitive employee issues
- Agility and willingness to tackle problems or new tasks
