About the Job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Managing payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement in compliance with local regulations.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve retention.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Managing employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and supporting a harmonious work environment.
- Implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and industry best practices.
- Administering compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and reports for auditing and strategic decision-making.
- Supporting performance management processes to drive employee development and organizational growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and business objectives.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR operations and hands-on payroll processing is a must.
- Experience in supporting blue-collar workers is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders of all levels.
- Team player, self-driven and meticulous in ensuring accuracy of HR data
