Our client is a foreign Bank with operations across the region. They are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist (1 year contract), to focus on supporting HR day to day duties.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will play a key role within the HR team, managing employee life cycle activities.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Manage staff onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Manage employee medical claims, insurance matters, and leave records.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure that employee information is accurately maintained and updated in the HR system
- Support training and development programs such as training administration, including enrolment, logistics, evaluation, and claims submissions.
- Provide general HR operational support.
- Prepare reports, letters, and documents as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations and procedures.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant HR roles, ideally in banking and finance industries
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Tools
