Our client is a well known Manufacturing MNC with global operations. They are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist (6 months maternity cover contract), to join their HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role within the HR team, managing day to day HR activities.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Recruitment Support - Partner with hiring managers, manage interview arrangements and advise on HR policies. Participate in interview and selection process
- Employee life cycle management - Manage onboarding to offboarding processes, ensuring positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Employee engagement/ Industrial relations - Manage and advise on employee queries, handle relevant employee grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and reports
- HR data and reports - Handle HR surveys and reports e.g. headcount, turnover, engagement statistics etc
- Support yearly HR processes such as performance appraisals and reviews
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in relevant HR roles, ideally in relevant industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong knowledge in MOM labour laws and regulations

- Budget $5,500/month depending on work experience
- Office location: Tuas, Singapore
- 6 months maternity cover contract
