Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be responsible to:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently
- Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with company and local regulations
- Provide HR policy guidance and support to employees and management
- Handle payroll, employment administration, work pass applications/renewals, tax clearance, and government claims
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee benefits administration
- Manage performance reviews, salary bench-marking, and employee engagement initiatives
- Implement local HR programs, compensation & benefits strategies, and change initiatives
- Support internal audits /compliance and drafting of HR documents
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a HR generalist position,
- Prior experience in MNCs/matrix organisations preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-oriented mindset
- Self-driven and independent, proactive and resourceful
