The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and wellness programs.
- Assist in performance management processes, including feedback and evaluations.
- Ensure HR policies comply with legal and company standards.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee training and development initiatives.
skills and experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
