Our client is a stable Bank with operations across the region. Due to a temporary increase in requirement, they are currently recruiting for a HR Manager (1 year contract), to focus on supporting HR Generalist duties and Compensation & Benefits matters.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will play a key role within the HR team, who manages the C&B philosophies and related analytical work.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day HR functions including compensation and medical benefits, talent acquisition, HR compliance, performance management, employee relations and other HR daily operations
- Prepare budgeting data for annual manpower budget exercise and annual job matching exercise.
- Prepare medical insurance renewal proposal and detailed report for external insurance broker for renewal and submit proposal to Head Office
- Perform annual review of HR policies and procedures
- Manage the monthly payroll processing and the annual income tax filing with the outsourced service provider.
- Perform the annual outsourcing review on the service providers in accordance with MAS Outsourcing Guidelines
- Manage the third party outsourcing vendors, annual evaluation and renewal of third party vendor services, negotiation of rates, reviewing service agreements and engage new vendors when required
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing, offer and negotiation
- Manage monthly headcount reports and the labour market surveys
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant HR roles, ideally in banking and finance industries
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skill to translate data into meaningful insights and solutions
- Experience in sales incentive scheme analysis or financial modeling would be highly advantageous but not a requirement
