Our client is a reputable Financial Services MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Manager (6 months maternity cover), starting in March 2025.
about the job
You will be an individual contributor managing the full spectrum of HR activities, including but not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations in Singapore, including payroll processing, leave management, onboarding, exit procedures, statutory reporting, and long service awards administration
- Support payroll processes
- Manage talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and collaborating with the APAC Managing Director on regional talent management initiatives such as succession planning and development programs
- Prepare regional HR KPI reports, training updates, and CSR forecasts in collaboration with in-country leads
- Lead performance management processes, providing coaching and supporting managers during reviews, and coordinate rewards and recognition programs
- Drive employee engagement through global survey rollouts and participate in group and regional projects, including job architecture and system migrations

- Budget $7,000/month + 0.5 months
skills and experience required
- Education in HR or relevant studies
- Experience as an HR Manager/Business Partner or similar role (i.e. full spectrum HR)
- Experience working in a fast-paced matrix environment, and regional role will be advantageous but not a requirement
- Strong understanding of HR practices & employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in HRIS - Workday, is a plus
