Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits, employees’ engagement & relations, performance management and training & development, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s labour laws and company policies
- Administer employee relations, addressing grievances and providing guidance.
- Oversee performance management and development initiatives.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate HR records.
- Support HR strategic initiatives and projects.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a HR Generalist capacity or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
