about the job
Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions within the organisation. The Human Resource Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to the employees and support the management to drive key HR initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day HR business partnering and operations (including on-boarding, off-boarding, full spectrum of payroll processing and benefits administration) to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Spearheading employee relations, employee engagement and well-being, as well as operational excellence.
• Managing the execution and providing advisory to employees on employee benefits plans, payroll, benefits and HRIS.
• Provide support for disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations and best practices.
