Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions within the organisation. The Human Resource Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to the employees and support the management to drive key HR initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day HR business partnering and operations (including on-boarding, off-boarding, full spectrum of payroll processing and benefits administration) to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Spearheading employee relations, employee engagement and well-being, as well as operational excellence.
- Managing the execution and providing advisory to employees on employee benefits plans, payroll, benefits and HRIS.
- Provide support for disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations and best practices.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experienced in managing full-spectrum HR functions, ideally in consumer/service-oriented industries.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
