With a presence across Asia, our client is a Singapore-headquartered technology solutions provider specializing in cybersecurity. They are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to support their Singapore operations as an individual contributor.

Reporting to the APAC People Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and offboarding.
- Administering monthly payroll processing and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Driving HR initiatives to support business growth, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development projects.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to align with best practices and local labour laws.
- Managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Handling work pass applications, renewals, and other regulatory submissions with relevant government agencies.
- Maintaining accurate HRIS records and generating HR reports to support management decision-making.
- Advising management and employees on HR matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to the business, providing strategic input to support workforce planning and company culture.
- Supporting any ad-hoc HR projects and audits as required.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of broad-based HR experience, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes (experience with Infotech HRIS is highly preferred).
- Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly independent, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
