Our client is an established local life science firm. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support the full spectrum of HR for its local operations, focusing on performance management, learning and development, HR operations and HRIS.
about the job
The role will report into the Head of HR and is part of the team of 5 based in Singapore. Working closely with the business stakeholders, you will:
- Manage key stakeholders across various business units to drive HR strategies
- Drive and support various aspects of HR focusing on performance management, salary review, budget and workforce planning, learning and development and HRIS
- Drive, implement and improve HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other HR initiatives and regional projects
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ of HR experience, with HR generalist experience
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
